Job description

Based on the production planning and the prescribed recipes and procedures:

  • prepare and finish products
  • weighing raw materials
  • preparing, mixing and kneading the dough according to the recipe fiches (the dough screwdriver)
  • in and out
  • adjustment of appliances such as weighing scale, proofer, oven
  • decorate
  • cleaning
  • registration on documents and forms

 

Profile

Preferably you have a training (banquet) bakery and / or experience as a baker / patissier in a production environment.
You can work independently or as a team.

Job-related competences

  • Registering data for production monitoring Pass on the information to the data subjects
  • Check the supply of machines or installations and the flow of raw materials or products
  • check food products
  • Monitor the functioning of the machines and equipment and carry out simple interventions if necessary
  • Provide technical assistance to operators Prepare reports on production and incidents
  • Check and maintain the condition and cleanliness of the appliances (scale, crusher, cooker, ovens, …) and the workstation
  • Take samples of substances or products, give a reference and register for analysis
  • Select the production data and set the parameters (quantity, dosage, mix, …)
